In our experience, every search assignment is unique - each of our clients has different needs, every role has different requirements and each country we search in has its own protocols and cultural differences.

What doesn't change, however, are the high standards we adhere to across all markets and for every search that is entrusted to us.

We employ a systematic approach around the world in how we undertake searches. However, in client consultation, we tailor our services to best meet our clients¡¯ needs for a particular assignment. Our aim is to work with our clients as partners in identifying the right candidate who will succeed under the challenges of the organization.


Our search process involves three major phases :

 


1. Defining the Role and the Ideal Candidate.

Our first step is to sit down with you and your executive team and talk about what your company needs and what makes it attractive to top caliber candidates.

We will consult with you to define your objectives, the content of the role, performance expectations, and the necessary personal and professional background characteristics of likely candidates.

We will then develop a Position Profile for your review and approval.


2. Developing the Search Plan & Strategy.

This step entails planning mutually agreed dates for accomplishing the major steps of the search process and we agree on how often and in what ways you would prefer to communicate with us.

We also assimilate what we have learned from you about your company with our own knowledge of your industry to create a search strategy that answers two critical questions:

Where are the best prospects likely to be now?

How do we present your company's opportunity so it catches and holes the candidates' interest right from the start?



3. Identifying and Evaluating Candidates

We spend a lot of time identifying and locating the best candidates. This involves considerable research utilising the Internet, external and internal databases, as well as, liaising with our partners around the world, calling industry contacts and networking within targeted industry sectors and companies. This results in a strong list of the most likely prospects.

With each prospect, our first priority is to build interest in your position. We then review their backgrounds and chose the best qualified to meet with us so that we may objectively audit their past performance, management style, technical abilities, interests, and personal characteristics.

4. Client/Candidate Interviews

Once we have evaluated all the candidates we will present three or more qualified candidates through written evaluation reports and an oral presentation. Our intent is to inform you of each candidate's strengths and weaknesses, ability to fit with the organization, and match with the short and long-term objectives established for the role.

Our consultant will then schedule interviews with the shore listed candidates, arrange travel and manage all the details of the meeting. After each interview we contact both the client and the candidate for feedback.

You will hear from us often throughout the candidate selection process - and we will need your regular feedbank.



5. Choosing the right candidate

Naturally we have been talking to each other about the cnadidates throughout the search process, but at this stage we make a final decision.

Our role is ensure you have all the information you need and to assist you via our recommendations.

Once a final candidate is chosen we contact reference sources and provide insights to you from the candidates former employers and colleagues to complement your own perceptions.

6. Developing Winning Offer

In our exprience, the entire search can succeed or fail critical stage. Our role is help you understand what it will take in today's market to close a deal with your preferred candidate. Then together we craft an offer that both you and the candidate feel good about.

7. Negotiating: Making the Deal Happen

Our role is to facilitate a final agreement between you and your selected candidate.

Once the deal is finalized we contact all other candidates and individuals who have been helpful during the search process and thank them on your behalf

8. Follow Up

We also follow up with you and the newly hired individual prior to and after employment to ensure a smooth transition.
