3. Identifying and Evaluating Candidates
We spend a lot of
time identifying and locating the best candidates. This involves
considerable research utilising the Internet, external and
internal databases, as well as, liaising with our partners
around the world, calling industry contacts and networking
within targeted industry sectors and companies. This results
in a strong list of the most likely prospects.
With each prospect, our first priority is to build interest
in your position. We then review their backgrounds and chose
the best qualified to meet with us so that we may objectively
audit their past performance, management style, technical
abilities, interests, and personal characteristics.
4. Client/Candidate Interviews
Once we have evaluated all the candidates we will present
three or more qualified candidates through written evaluation
reports and an oral presentation. Our intent is to inform
you of each candidate's strengths and weaknesses, ability
to fit with the organization, and match with the short and
long-term objectives established for the role.
Our consultant will then schedule interviews with the shore
listed candidates, arrange travel and manage all the details
of the meeting. After each interview we contact both the client
and the candidate for feedback.
You will hear from us often throughout the candidate selection
process - and we will need your regular feedbank.
